Not too sure on duration. But... the standard EMIT type test (the dip strip type which is most common) is usually a five or nine panel and most will not test for psilo.

If its GCMS at a lab, well ya never know what they'll look for or find. But if they are looking for it, they'll find it.

Erowid says 1-3 days detection time, for what its worth.

mushies are so uncommon that it is not looked for in tests "unless" you were like on probation for a mushie type charge, then if you peed for the state, that would be looked for.

LSD, psilocybin, DMT, etc do not show up on standard drug tests. You will most likely never encounter any sort of drug test that would test for such chemicals. These substances are metabolized very fast and are not included on any common drug tests.

Also, what is your piss test for?

If it is job or probation related, you don't have anything to worry about. The only thing I have ever even read about testing for LSD/psychedelics is the military tests, but I know people who have went into the military using psychedelics and never got caught doing it when they took the piss test.

These drugs are not tested for on the NIDA-5/SAMHSA tests, so unless some extreme circumstances are involved, eat as many mushrooms as your heart desires.

Also, I was on probation as a teen and did LSD, shrooms, etc throughout the period and never failed a test. Watch out for MDMA though, it will trip the methamphetamine and amphetamine portions of the test.

About twelve hours. I am assuming you are asking about psychadelics, and most drug tests are ill-equipped to detect them anyway. Not to worry.

1 to 3 days on a urine test several weeks on a serious test. Not usally part of drug screens

I wouldn't say impossible because it occurs naturally in the body (although it is likely a contributing factor). Rather, I would say it is impossible to test for DMT merely because of the speed of metabolism. I mean you can't even eat DMT and trip because your brain actively transports it in and metabolizes it before you can even experience any psychoactive effects (hence why you need an MAOI to ingest DMT orally).

Aside from that, testing for DMT is COMPLETELY unheard of. It is something you just never have to worry about getting tested for, ever.
