Magic Brownies

MAGIC BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS:
8- 1 ounce squares of unsweetened chocolate
1 cup cannabutter .
5 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Grease a 9 x 13 pan.
Melt chocolate and cannabutter in a saucepan over low heat; set aside.
In a mixer, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla at high speed for 10 minutes
Blend in chocolate mixture, flour and salt until just mixed.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. (Don't overbake.)
Cool and frost if desired, but that is not necessary.

Basic CannaButter Frosting

2 tablespoons cannabutter
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons milk, cream, sherry, rum or brandy
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Cream cannabutter and sugar well, add the flavoring and liquid until mixture is smooth

Caramel CannaButter Frosting

1/2 cup cannabutter
2 cups brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
heavy cream
Cream cannabutter,
add sugar gradually and mix very well.
Add vanilla and only enough cream to obtain desired consistency

Chocolate CannaButter Frosting

2 tablespoons cannabutter
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 square unsweetened chocolate melted over boiling water, or 1/4 cup cocoa
Cream cannabutter and sugar well, add the flavoring and liquid until mixture is smooth

The best part of the brownie is the sides, where it gets a bit caramelized by the pan. Also your bake would look like a big M when removed.
