well sometimes it means too many ferts
or sometimes it's an early sign of spider mites
both are related to water content in leaves,
too many ferts = salt = sucks water out
    likewise mites suck water out.
if it's mites then i would not clone.

Does the leaves sometimes curl under like that from too much water too?

    plain water shouldn't
unless the soil mix is too 'hot'

    Yeah, go for it.
I would have to reccomend putting those mothers in thier own pots, it looks a bit crowded in there, it dosent appear to be a problem yet, but if they get bigger.
    peace
For some reason I only saw 2 posts in here when I wrote this, now theres a bunch???? Could it be my computer? It has been acting strange today.

Flushing in soil should rarely if ever be done. You flushed a couple times, and are thinking of flushing again, correct? NNNOOOOOOOO. When you add alot of water to soil your roots get deprived of oxygen, this could spell trouble since unlike hydro, soil holds water for much longer than a hydroponic medium. Doing it once, no big deal, but multiple times is not reccomended.

In fact the only time I woud ever flush in soil is if there was a serious nutrient overload, and I would have to be sure that was the case befrore trying to flush.

I'm not familiar with your soil mix, but still the goal with soil is to be able to mix it up right from the start, and from there it should require little or no fertilization from there, also it should require NO flushing.

I'm not trying to be an asshole or a know it all, I just want to help.
    peace

    thx dave
    its mostly sand
    drains quick
top 1" soil dries out in 1 day
    so its sorta soilless
    not really hydro
but i switched to hydrofarm bloom 10-30-18
    from bat guano
    was getting too much yellowing
and some Mg and K deficiency
dont want to start the foxfarm grow yet
im waiting on a better light

i don't know about not fertilizing nor flushing 'soil'-
that would surely depend on the mixture used,
    it's not just a 'rule'.
hopefully damn few are just dumping a bag of potting soil in a pot.
a good mix should drain easily and quickly,
and hold plenty of oxygen/air even when saturated.
