    Help with seedlings

I started some seedlings and all was going good then they started to curl and little and yellow and turn brown at the tips. The new growth is looking good i recently repotted them because i thought i had them in to small of pots and made better soil mixture because i thought the curling yellow and brown was because of not enough draniage. The only fertilizer i have used to far is a little earth juice rootstock because i heard its good for young plants to start growing alot of roots. Any help would be much appreciated. thanks

Sounds to me like either over watering, or over fertile soil. What kind of a soil mix are you using? And how old/big are they?

3 of them are 2 weeks and 2 of them are 3 weeks. But they are still really small which i dont know why.. still seedlings. I have them under a T5 2ft 4 bulb fixture very close to it too idk why they arent growing fast at all.

The roots do grow fast on their own,
ill take another guess and say that they could have gotten root bound with that fert.
Root bound can cause all of your symptoms.

I think coyote is on to something. It didnt even cross my mind that they would be rootbound this early, since it's usually a problem from small pots durring flowering,
Also what genetics are you working with? It could be mutated or just weak if it's bagseed.

    seedlings

Bagseed. I think it is rootbound because when i repotted them there was like root claw marks on the bottom of the pot. I used small plastic cups cut in half because i had a really low humidity dome to germinate the seeds faster i didnt think that a small pot would effect it that early...i was wrong. What size pots does everyone start there seeds in? and does anyone think they will recover they have put on good new growth since the repot but the old grow is dying.

Dsiposable plastic cups work good for seedlings, then I like to move up to 1 gallon pots.
It's hard to say if it will recover, especially without seeing them. I would reccomend trimming the roots if they were past the seedling stage, but it could be traumatic this early.

    They should/could be fine.

lol, hell I liked the styrofoam cups cause you can easily tear the cup away when your ready to plant your seedling. Kinda like Dave's. But I didnt use and rooting fert

Really I cant see any point in using a rooting fert for seedling, they grow so well on there own durring the seedling stage.
