You can see the purple color (left) from the low overnight temps.

We're expecting rain tomorrow and then an ideal growing weekend.
I think I will harvest next week after the dry weather.

    Hey Ras!

I mixed up the seeds. I'm hoping it's Thai Haze. Haze has 22% THC!

It gave me a full jar which is curing in a brown paper bag. I haven't opened the lid in about a week now. Should be getting nice to toke.
I'm able to avoid it cause I have Early Misty which I'm very satisfied with. Misty flowers early and the smoke is potent.

    White Widows from seed

We're getting alot of water here on the East Coast so I brought the potted WW's in while it was pouring. I was trying to avoid using the light, but it's getting wet and cold out. They have been inside for a couple of days. Now they are dry and getting 400W hps!

I don't understand your question?, but I don't think CFL's have anything to do with the amount of THC in the plant.

Well CFLs cannot make the THC content higher than optimum. BTW, I like to blame inferior potency on the CFLs rather than my gardening skills.

I pulled these WW's a few hours ago! They smelled yummy.
They were planted late and now picked early cause the weather is turning.

    Talking White Widow

    Thanks!

Here are some more flowers. Harvest time is great. I cut them tonight and hit them with the scissors. These 6 are WW grown from seed of my last plant. They were in small pots, but alot of small plants add up. Happy Growing!

no type of light can make THC higher than the genetic limit
but potency isn't a function of light intensity,
    yield is.

potency derives from time spent flowering,
    even in low light
just get less weight per plant in given time frame

    Question Transplanting Question!

    Thanks!

Hopefully there will be more to come. I still have two WW's outside. They're calling for rain and cold tonight, so I put those black contractor bags over each branch. It's growing like a Y shape, so I threw a bag over each side. I'll take it off in the morning. It's my largest plant but started flowering VERY late so I'm trying to get it to mature. It's getting colder and colder, so I will have to make a decision soon.
This is the first time protecting it but there have been about 3 or 4 light frosts in the low 30's already, so it's getting colder.

Can I pull it and throw it into soil? Is it OK to transplant in mid flower? I would love to fatten up the budz!

    Thanks!

I decided to pull my outdoor White Widow. They are calling for 25 degrees tonight considering the wind chill. I pulled her MUCH earlier than I would have liked, but I'll take what I can get. Next year, I will plant MUCH earlier. It's too bad cause it looks like she had some potential.

All my White Widow were from seed of my last plant. Every seed turned out female. Originally, I got the seeds from Nirvana.

Anyway, that was the last of them. For me, it was a great harvest! I've been sharing with my bro and still have plenty to smoke. Peace!
