I gave them a light first serving of Big Bloom. The Miracle Grow has been overkill. Both seedling plants have shown female. At just a little over one inch tall, are these the Worlds Smallest Flowering White Widows?

Not sure what you mean, it's all good though. I was trying to say that I don't like throwing out the "extra" seedling plants. That's why they are miniature. I don't repot them. It's fun to watch them flower at that size. Check out the budsai. How is the bud from your last grow?

nice budzais, they are a bright green. probably your light though. this time ours kinda knocks me out when i smoke it. its not my favorite type (except at night) i like the higher active feeling. i let them go longer than i have in the past. it was about half and half nice buds and popcorn since they were so tall. i wont do that under a 400w again either. we ended up with 3 1/2 oz's. i am going to start a new log soon because i have 2 new kinds and the old one started about a week+ ago. the coir babies are still kicking too but i am keeping them trimmed and small for now. talk to you later.

WOW!

Thanks guys.

I cut off a bud for taste yesterday. Let it dry for about 24hrs. Then I put it in the mic in 20 seconds increments for about 1 minute. It dried up and got crispy. I'm SHOCKED how high I got and it didn't even taste bad. Because it was picked early, and the smoke was still green, the high was energetic. It's great! I cut off another bud for tomorrow. Harvest started early!

Smoked a bud that I cut 2 days ago. Even better with an extra day to dry. I still put it in the mic before smoking to remove the little moisture it was carrying.

It's funny you ask.

I originally got some White Widow seeds from Nirvana. So I planted and got rid of the males. Flowered the females. I allowed light to leak into the room and caused them a little stress. Even though I got alot of seeds out of that grow, the budz were like they had no seeds. Plenty of bud and plenty of seed. So far I am close to 30 females out of 30 seeds. I still have enough seed for a few more grows out of the stress seed.

I cut this bud for the weekend. I smoked some a few minutes after cutting.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to dry and cure, but freshly cut bud can be very effective.
It's fun going to the garden with scissors when I want to get high!

I had another visitor. But this one scared the shit out of me.

I wasn't expecting him. He must have entered last night when the light was on with the door open. I saw him when I turned on the light today. He spent 12hrs of darkness with my bitches. Maybe the scent brought him there? Is he dangerous? He may have gotten hurt. When I was carrying the pot to take him outside, he jumped out. Then he was moving slowly while I assisted him out with the broomstick!

What's next?

i wouldnt worry. toads dont eat green they eat bugs. maybe he was eating the bugs that are attracted to your light. last yr we had a praying mantis that kept getting in and hanging out on a flourescent. we released him outdoors like 4 times and he kept coming back.

Actually, I wasn't worried about the plants. I don't know anything about frogs but he was hawking me down like he was gonna spray me or something. I was wondering if he was dangerous to me! I was trying to avoid face to face while I put him out of the grow room!

As you can tell, I've been clipping the leaves getting ready for harvest. I watered heavy last watering and will probably only give them one more watering before letting them dry out for the finale. By the way, the Miracle Grow was way too strong and I don't recommend using it.

lol, he certainly wasnt gunning for you. he is a harmless and helpfull garden animal. you wont get poisoned or squirted by them on this continent anyways. toads live on land and are bumpy like that, frogs live in and very near water and smooth, and are just as harmless. they eat bugs, thats what they do. now if you lived in the amazon, there might be a problem if you touched one. i am glad you released him.

on the other hand, dont those buds need a little while yet? i would let them go for a bit, a week or two for sure. i just dont think they look ready. twoguys

I think you're right about him being there to eat bugz.

May 1st will make 8 weeks since 12/12. Then 1-2 weeks and it will be 8 weeks since they showed sex. I cut another bud today. You can see how the top has more crystals in the last pic. The bud is not ripe yet but I like to taste some early, mid and late. So yeah, you're right, they will probably get 2 more waterings before I let them dry out. WESSSS SIDE!

I agree, looks very sativa, like widow should be, I would let them go 10 or 11 weeks before harvest. All the widow i have grown never started to pack the weight on untill week 8 - 10. But i am like everyone else when i have a new toy i want to play with it.

I know that 8 weeks is good but 10 weeks is better. I will go the distance. My last WW grow went 10. I also enjoy smoking it at different stages. Damn, I didn't realize I was smoking bud cut @ 6 weeks of flowering because of how strong the high is. And with only 0-2 days of drying. It should only get better. According to my watering plans, I will only need 2 more to let them go over 10 weeks! I felt that White Widow hits you hard in the head, but when I smoke it, I almost always do physical work so that explains it being a body high.

aww, cute,lol. bonzai babies! i have only tried to grow ww once from 2 seeds from a friend. both died, but i was under the impression that it was a heavy indica? thats why i never researched it or was'nt basicly interested in it. other than being a good med and a classic by some i am not really interested in a pure indica. or are there 2 phenos to look out for?

As far as WW, I chose it because it was high it THC.
I wasn't thinking indica/sativa, I was looking for a strong high.
Now I grow it cause I like it and have plenty of seeds.
I just cut and smoked some, it is strong!
