    all props for design and idea go to PICO over at ICMAG. i found this tutorial over there. it was an easy build and cost about 30$ for enough stuff to make 2 of em. im not gonna put it in the tent untill all my plants are sexxed. by that time i will be ready to switch to 12/12 and it should fill in quite nicely
