HPS Ventilation Question/grow tent ideas

So what is a good ventilation solution for a closet grow? Right now I am thinking of building a grow tent made with PVC pipe and fittings to create a box shape and somehow construct a opaque flexible plastic shell to contain smell and light (tarp like material?). How much ventilation will a setup like this need for say a 250 watt HPS or 400? and putting holes in walls for outside air is not an option...

This system uses a Fantech Inline Centrifugal Fan - 122 CFM and a hampton ceiling fan temp control, direct vent over the 400 watt HPS and rarely runs at full speed. You will need a carbon scrubber.
