| warrior right now i cant afford to flower unless i can get these big plastic black lightproof contractors bags and cover the whole grow box with it to seal it my vent system doesnt work well cause i have no vent system no pc fans um yeah and i need a ppm and ph meter so they are gonna veg till i can afford otherwise

| A large homemade cardboard box would work also. i would start flowering them right away, then you can ditch your males and have more room. growing from bagseed, your most likely gonna have some that are less than desirable,(hermaphrodites, lanky sativas) so you can get rid of them also. your just prolonging the agony of killing half your crop select your best indica type females, and maximize your space.

| they should show sex real soon anyways most plants mature in veg around 4 or so weeks. ph meters suck and arent important.... i just typed a real long boring post full of shit but it got fucked up so i'll come back when im inspred again |

| fixed flower box!!!!!!!!!!!!! well i fixed me big flower box and i side mounted the cfls horizontally like you guys said they still get hot though buy the fan cools them way quicker so im flowering now and my box seeems to work way better im covering the box with a black contractors clean up bag(the best!!!) i hold my 150 watt cfl rigt onto the bag and i cant see light on the other side!! im still having problems getting computer fans so theres condensation on the leaves everytime i take off the bag in the morning i hope that doesnt fuck up me shit too bad till i get the fans at leas it looks like i am going to order them on line oh and i transfered the ladies from 20 oz styrofoam cups to 32 ounce styrofaom cups YAY!!!! still in transplant shock or whatever but doing well im using my flower nutes now but im slowly building up the flower nutes while slowly decreasing the veg nutes maybe that will keep some stress down? well when i get me digital cam back ill post pics of how everythings growing muah

| Hahah Mr skunkfarmer? your older than i am! so i guess i should be saying yes Maam? humidity is bad for flowering plants. it causes mold aka bud rot. your fine for now because you have no buds, but you need ventilation. get those pc fans. the exaust fan blowing air out will obviously make a big hole in your box. so take a card board box, about the size of a book. cut a hole the same size as a pc fan and have the fan blowing air from your grow box into the card board box (duct tape is your friend) now make a hole in the bottom of the box towards the floor so the fan has a place to blow the hot air out at. this will direct light down so it wont be like a big hole in your box. this is called a light baffle. im not sure how your going to incorporate this with your light proof bags. their a great idea but its not logical to put your whole box inside (cuts off all ventilation hence all the condensation). i'd take some good glue and line the inside of the box with that thick plastic. sorta cut them up and cover every wall. maybe use some thumb tacks? i hope this helps a bit. |

| ok  so i mounted the lights horizontally now the room doesnt get as hot im using velcro so as the plants get bigger i can just move the light up real easy the last pic is of my other smaller box

| ok updates of the two boxes , the lager of them the plants arent topped and i have a pic of me favorite one although i also got one that looks real sativaish alla the beach with leonardo dicaprio (all the weed plants in the island) in the shorter grow box everything is topped but its looking great i just took out another male today

| 1 tsp = 150 drops about, at 90 drops they begin to burn at 7 inches tall i just moved the drops up to 60 drops of the base nute (flora nova bloom) and 20 drops of the flora nova gro im slowly weening my babies off the grow 50 drops of carbo load 45 drops of floralicious bloom 50 drops of calmax 40 drops of diamond nectar my shit works tight plus every three days when i water, they grow bigger so i slightly up the nutes maybe 10 drops to use 2 and a half tsps on a plant in a 2 gallon bucket thats 3 feet tall with four colas will burn the hell outta the plant my shit is super concentrated so it lasts for ever on the bottle they recomend two tsps for regular growth and thats a bunch of bullcrap three tsps on any plant (except some big nute loving indica)would probably be considered euthanasia plus bagseed is predominantly sativa ergo its more sensitive to nutrient levels imho

| ok wierd ass shit now for the past three and a half weeks ive been adding ph down to my nute solution which is now at about (bearing in mind that 150 of my drops are about one tsp) 90 drops floranova bloom 10 drops floranova grow 55 drops floralicious bloom 50 drops carboload 55 drops calmax 55 drops diamond nectar 3 drops superthrive per gallon of ro water now since i didnt have a ph meter, i thought that the nutes brought the ph up and since my ro water was had a ph of 7 i thought it was about like at 8 or higher when i added the nutes so i added some aquarium ph down safe for plants and animals to bring it down to a ph of 6 or so bearing in mind that i dont know the ph at all and im simply estimating so now i have a digital ph meter, and i calibrate it i test my ro water and its at 7 now i add the same nutes ive been using the whole time now i my ph meter reads 4.5 so for the past three weeks the ph my nute solution has been around 4 or 5 and on top of that ive been adding ph down (thinking that im bringing it from a ph of 8 to a ph of 6) so its safe to say that ive been adding nute solution to my plants that has a ph of 3 to 4 but look at my plants they dont look like the ph is way too low do they they look perfectly fine wtf is up with that im using coco i was wondering if you wanted the ph to be at 6 in the root zone and the coco is a 7(nuetral) do you need to add nute solution with a ph lower than 6 to compensate for the ph of the coco being at seven instead of six? i hope you guys understand that lol oh and so this watering i didnt add the ph down but i didnt have any ph up either so i poured the water and the excess that poured out the bottom from the drain holes(wtf is that called again, leakage? no it sounds way cooler than that) that water i collected and tested from each individual plant and they wer all at about 6.2 to 6.4 so i dont know if thats good or bad or even if i should check that being that ive never really used a ph meter lol so yeah any input will be nice

| ok more updates i mainly concentrated on the leaves being that i had a spider mite problem and they are starting to look a little worse for the wear so if you see anything and have some info that could help the ladies please do tell lol
