Dr Chronic fo sho. Cheap prices and good stealth. SWIM recieved a package of seeds that had been fully opened, but customs still sent it on its way.

Doc Chronic always sends the seeds with the original packages opened.
Doc Chronic and Seedbay are the best places.
Always stealth and very good service.
Never in 7yrs have seeds been lost or confiscated.

Seedbay for sure. Mandala, but they're not doing business right now. Heard good things about Hemp Depot up in Canada.

So, the Doc will ship to the states? I thought otherwise.

I have ordered and had good luck with:

Seedbay (4 orders)
Dr. Chronic (2 orders)
The Attitude Seedbank (5 orders)

The coolest thing about the Attitude is that for $30 extra--you get *guaranteed shipping*. Which means for ANY reason the package doesn't make it to your door, they resend. I had one order not show up, and instead of saying 'go f*** yourself' like so many seedbanks do (not in those words of course), they let me know that the replacement order was on its way. A great option for this day and age. Also, you will notice the prices at the Attitude are a little higher. This too is no problem because they have a price match guarantee. Just shop around for the cheapest prices. You can also purchase as little as ONE seed of certain strains in their pick 'n mix section. All that being said, the Attitude is the way to go. I only use Dr. Chronic and Seedbay to get releases that aren't available at the Attitude. Also, they ship all seeds in ORIGINAL BREEDER PACKS. Not the biggest issue, but you gotta loves that!
