cold mail

I want to order some seeds through the mail but its really cold here right now, like -40 cold.
So let's say i leave the seeds in my mailbox for a couple of days will they still be ok? Does freezing affect them at all?

storage of seeds in the freezer is common.
not sure about -40 though.

man i sure would not stick my high dollar seeds where it's -40F,
remember they're insulated by soil/debris outdoors over winter
not so in the mail box.

Its been pretty bad here lately. It been -40 for like a week. Maybe i should wait a month then.

Yeah I would say you're best bet would be wait to the temps come up or wait a month like you said. We just recently had a spore syringe sent that was frozen due to the extreme cold here so, I don't think there is any difference there. Best of Luck and sending you some good vibes.
