Kings Bread is the last pure landrace sativa in Jamaica, it is the herb Rastafari believe was brought from Africa and smoked by King Solomon .... hence Kings Bread

Here's a pic of Kings Bread

Capable of growing to 18+ft and with a stem like a tree trunk it was possible to get huge yields from one plant with 3ft colas not being unusual

It was always hard to find even in Jamaica and as far as I know was never sold outside JA, now it only exists in extremely small pockets, fiercely protected by the few who grow it

Orange Hill is an area outside Negril famed for it's herb, it was one of the last strongholds of Lambs Bread, a much taller sativa, growing up to 25ft tall, yields could exceed 10P/plant, but Dutch genetics were introduced to speed up production and keep the height down

There are 2 basic pheno's of Orange Hill, an indica with lavender/purple calyxes and a pungent sativa, with odd genetic variations

The sativa pheno is your best bet to try and find a plant with Lambs Bread genetics

There are so many ganja patches in the in JA the air is always full of pollen, Orange Hill can only produce sensi because the area is on the south west corner of the Island and prevailing winds are off the sea

Orange Hill is highly prized and not for export, except for special customers

Some of the sweetest ganja in the world

mmm Cannabis breeding is a big issue and I am working on that in the last 6 years so can't tell you all in a moment

KB is the first picture and if you read again you will see some info on the top
yes it's wild ganja sativa
PTK = Pine tar kush = Pure kush Indica that grown for years by Tom Hill and only in the last few years he was selling it. I got the seeds in 2004 I think when from the first batch he done for selling I think

But for the first tip in breeding Cannabis when you cross to IBL's (stable plants) the F1 (first seeds from that cross) will be vigor more then both and more then there sons this is the Mendel law you can read about him here - Gregor Mendel (Hebrew)

so here the cross KB (female always first) X PTK should be a very good cross to play with both IBL it's a pure sativa x indica cross so you know need to check there dominate generic

that picture is Orange Hill and it's more on the Indica side at less that lady

most ot the time I am using 11L (3g) containers.

Hope you will not miss this year show cuz it's going to be nice

I will ...

if "purple is the dominate" all the F1 will have it
But in F2 you will get all kind of combination
when you buy good original seeds from a breader you will get F1 seeds and pick the mom you like ... you can grow as many plants you like from the same mom ... but when you like to bread you need a stable P1 parent so you create a lot of F2 and pick the one you like.
by color, aroma, potency, yield and so don't pick one because they are not stable pick few males and few ladies.
now you do F3 and picking the same attributes as before and do F4 ... in F8 you are stable (95% of the sons will have the attributes you like).

now cross it with another IBL (stable P1) and you have a new vigor cross to sell.

OK it's not PTK is dominate ...it per-attribute

for example if it will take :
yield - from PTK
aroma - from KB
small - from PTK
taste - from KB
Bazz - from KB
structure - KB
leafe - PTK

then keep the mom

it's not that one is dominate the other in any genetic chromosome the dominate one (not always there is) will take over.
like in human for blue eyes you need both chromosome to be blue because brown is dominate ...

now in F2 if you have enough plants you will get all the combinations of
yield ,aroma, small, taste, potency ... and so and you can pick the one you like most.
