Question On Safety Of Mail-order MJ Seeds

What is the risk level of ordering MJ seeds from the Netherlands? I'd like to order some, but what with the USA going nuts on "homeland security", I wonder whether I'd get busted or raided at a later point in time. Since the government can take your home as a drug production site, I really need reliable information on this point, not just off-hand opinion. What are the chances that the seeds would be detected by drug-dogs or that a significant legal fuss be made if they were detected? Thanks...Mars

I can't help too much, but I can say that safe addresses help a lot for mail order items.

I wouldn't have em sent to the grow house, but I know of a bunch of people have ordered seeds from the UK very easily. Usually, if they are discovered by customs, they'll confiscate them and possibly send you a letter. Never heard of someone being raided for ordering seeds...

i didnt order mj seeds but i did order khat seeds from the netherlands and they got confiscated by customs. i received a note saying that my package was confiscated and that if i broke any laws by ordering ,the local authoritys would contact me.
needless to say that scared the crap out of me.it scared me enough not to even attempt another international order for seeds or r.c.s.

if you do order,chances are the feds are gonna get ur seeds so make sure they cant locate your home(growspot)(lab);-)etc

I have ordered MJ seeds with no problems.....and also Peyote plant with no problems. I have heard of some people getting busted before, just hasnt happened to me.

Received my seeds from Canada twicefrom two sepersrate places and never had a problem as long as the new laws on addresses are followed. The U.S. Mail does monitor certain sites but Narcs are after the sellers not the buyers because a buyers quantity is too small to prosecute. Canada does not usually go after the seed sellers but recently, because of pressure from the U.S., it busted Marc Emery seeds which may cause more problems than solutions because Emery was a high profile target and a leader in Canada for legalization. Quite simply, if you fear reprocussions don't do it. If you can't afford to loose your money, don't do it.

I've ordered seeds countless times from netherlands and england and have never had them confiscated. Mostly ordered from drchronic and have never had a problem. The packaging is extremely stealthy and plenty of times I almost threw away the package because I thought they forgot to put the seeds in there, but no... you will just need to dig in deep.

Ofcourse it's not smart to order via credit card or to your home/growing address. Send in a money order and have it sent to a friends house that doesn't grow. Drug dogs can't smell seeds...there's nothing to smell, there's no THC or any other odor for that matter except the package it self for the dog to smell. The only way the package could be confiscated is if they are aware from where it is sent but usually the seed bank won't be that obvious and they'll have some crafty name on the package.

also, if your package does get ceased, all they will do is send you a letter saying that your mail has been confiscated and that your mail will be monitored from now on(this is, again, if you have it sent to your place). they cannot arrest you or reposes anything from you. If it was that easy to reposes or arrest someone for recieveing seeds then I could just as easily send someone a pound of weed and call the cops saying 'look look!! he's dealing illegal dope.' we could have every famous politician or celebrity in trouble if it was that easy by sending them illegal substances

I really don't think you have to worry about much... check up on overgrow and see what other reputable banks there are that are reliable.
