![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Invitro Palenque on WormCastings/Coir/Verm
This is at my other location, I own both properties. This is 40%coir, 50% wormcastings, and 10% vermiculite. The strain is palenque. It was spawned with 1 pint per 2lbs of substrate. I have 64 bags colonizing in this closet. The shelving is a new setup, each shelf unit has a 6500 kelvin fluro underneath to light the bags up. I can stack 100 bags per shelving unit, utilizing the top, and lifting off the ground 6 inches. I will be placing 8 more shelves in this room, as it's dedicated to fruiting. I now have grows on straight coir, coir/wormcastings, and compost, next week i'll be doing 50/50 straw/hpoo bags, about 60 of them. Be sure to check back, as these bags are in day 3 of spawn run and looking excellent, very rhizomorphic, the palenque seems to enjoy the wormcastings. Here is the closet/shelves. |

maybe a temp issue, but these seem to be stalling, im going with "I used too many wormcastings" i dunno... we'll see made some environment changes. Removed blankets, opened closet, and closed room vent, it was like way cold in there. |

It takes a lot out of me, but this is why i do invitro bags, 3 days a month i'm working my ass off on grains/bags/etc, then i just watch them go from there, that's the beauty o bags, My job is pretty simple man, i can't divulge too much w/o basically telling you right where i work. But i make ok money, for very little work. This set of bags is coming along, they'll be picture worthy in a few days, i think you're the first person to realize i was doing all 5 or 6 grow logs in real time at the same time, it is a lot of work bro. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | That's gonna be a beautiful site here in a week or two! I found Mex Pals to be one of the best invitro strains I ever worked with. What do you think has been the best substrate you've worked with in the bags limeade?

Of all the subs i've used to grow palenque on, 50/50 hpoo/wheat straw seems to be my favorite. IN FACT i have over 30 more lbs of 50/50 i'll be spawning, i'll be doing at least 10lbs tonight, and 10lbs tomorrow. HOWEVER, including spawn run, palenque took 11 days from day OF SPAWN to pins on hmcompost.. that's f'ing amazing! spawn run took 3 days to go 110% colonized, 8 days and i'm seening palenques tell tell signs of ten zillion knots and pins. I LOVE PALENQUE!!! it's freekin potent also. This log is the palenque on wormpoo/coir/verm, im not liking the worm poo really , seems to be a bit high in (N) to the point it slows growth.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | GENERAL GROW SPACE UPDATE!
This move doesn't affect this thread, as this grow is at my other property, but the other grows are affected. I moved the penis envy into the foyer for the 2nd bathroom, on it's own shelf, the closet is now empty that we do the spawn run in, we are going to spawn 15+ more invitro hpoo/wheatstraw bags tonight and fill the closet back up. We moved the invitro hpoo/wheatstraw onto the dining table in the labroom, and we moved the palenque on hmCompost over to the cloudy blue girly shelf. So just simply re arranged to make room for more spawn run on the poop/straw, and allow more to come out of the closet. here are the pics, and i think we'll be making more hash in a day or two off some headies (midgrade) if dude comes through for us. This update will be repeated per each invitro grow log. in a nutshell, moved pal poop onto table, pal compost onto shelf, and penis into foyer. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | hahah they don't, same place, same styles, all different substrates, etc. this thread isn't even in the same building, and the shelving/closets are different, open your eye to detail, but most of all, read the freekin posts. Quote:
i have like seven different grows going, each LEAST 20 bags deep.

i see your using castings. i got this stuff recently called cat country pet bedding. its basically organically grown wheat grass pellets. it gets real muddy when water is added but, it mixes in real nice with coir/verm. i think it would be perfect with castings. if you ever go to petsmart look for it. petco probably has it too.

This is the one grow log i don't update as often, as it requires me to leave my house, and go up the street to our other property! And I am lazy! But here's some updates, we have shrooms! Also got some supplies, going to be doing LOTS OF MONOTUBS with the castings, got some verm too! The green tub is a supply tub, the blue one is obviously an incubator, that's not plugged up to heat, so it is just a "container" for all the spawn i use up there. The smaller tub with the afghan over it is at my place, and it's wAY FULLER of spawn, all of the spawn in this incubator is PESA, or, amazonian. so now pics: (and yes, i was drinking a fucking coca cola, i was just as pissed as you that it wasn't a CHERRYLIMEADE GD'nit") |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Thanks, I apologize we've kinda dropped off, we'll be updating all of the threads in a day or two, things have just been really really busy and have had no time to be online, we've got 2 dro hash threads, and all of these threads to update, it's going to take time as we've got to get all the pictures organized and everything typed out! We'll be updating everything to "back on track" here real soon, spoiler: 50/50manure/wheat straw wins the race! Does bigger sub really mean better shrooms? YES!!! anyhow, more to come! |

Man/Woman, i haven't even given this grow the time to take pics, it's doing ok, got some green, forgot to put calc carb in and i didn't really pasteurize it correctly. But it's produced a LOT, got some new projects going there that i'll update on when they start up, but all 60 of the first bags gave out a lot, again the amounts are just not postable. more to come though when it's not so busy round these parts, with other grows closing up, it's freeing up time. the compost grow is done. the coir is done the 50/50 is done now. only got the tub, the zoodoo, and this one going, about to start pans. |
