it appears to be a half pint petri with some sort of home made agar, the most rhizo seems to have gone up the glass, then proven it's a fruiter,

if that's not what it is, that's what i'd use it for!

i'd transfer some of that fruitable rhizo to another, then take wedges, so i could do grain to grain transfer to make a very large amount of spawn then spawn it to a bulk sub.

Heh it's just one of "poor man agar" plates, after transfer done, actually after cutting all myc into jars / next plates, it was lying forgotten on the shelve. When i realized, it's gonna fruit, dropped in soaked cotton pad
This is the same jar i showed in This thread (is there a way to rescue my "colony" ?)
