very nice but it's just as easy to upload pix here as to link to photobucket plus it helps us all because uploading here enters your pictures into our image browser system as well as ensuring that the links don't get broken over time as often is the case . thx ![]() > upload pix <

like i said earlier please upload pix here directly- do not link offsite as you've been doing as links get broken also the pics don't show up in our image browser unless you upload them. it's easy, just click link and read instructions- > upload pix <

![]() ![]() ![]() | Mushroom Garden Сontinuing... It appears that Azures could colonize wheat grain much quicker, than wooden sticks. The reason is that density grain substrate is bigger. Unfortunately, I all have not found wooden chips and this grain was good alternative. The mycelium is not so thick, but speed of colonization is impressive. I have mixed about 4-5 litre of dunked for 5-6 hours birch sticks with about 0,8 litre fully colonized grain. And has left to colonize for week in pretty cool and dark room. Frankly speaking i was impressed by Baeocistys experience that i had one week earlier: after mixing colonized grain with wooden sticks, I have to leave urgently... so I have left pail with mix. Afer a week i was surpised that non of contaminants appeared . Great! I have left it for one more week and has done with Azures in the same way.Yesterday i prepared Azurebed and debarked the substrate of both Azurescens and Baeocistys. It was a good day. The only better day could be is Harvest day ![]()

Hey, hello to all of human germs ![]() all of autumn beds looked splendidly, but, unfortunately, no signs of fruiting were noticed ![]() therefore we'll wait next autumn - nothing frightful... peace and good luck with your experiments and undertakings

![]() ![]() ![]() | Patching and loging
Hi there ![]() We have fully colonized pail and here we go! ![]() First i've got a pail of upper layer of timber soil with all bacteria Azurescens need to fruit, at least I hope ![]() Second i prepared deepenning for patch. Third i prepared polyethylene material with holes - it was a garbage bag. Fourth i sprinkled a little timber soil, moistured and covered it with tape. Fifth little bit more of timber soil Sixth first layer of colonized chips Seventh little bit more of timber soil Eighth second layer of colonized chips ![]() Mycelium has just partly colonized chipos at the bottom of pail because of free water. Next time i'l make some holes there. ![]() Nineth final layer of timber soil and mosses I beg pardon for blury photos Mycelium in the first pail was totally destroyed by unknown bacterial contamination. Even no traces of white mycelium remained there. Well, I did everything, that depends on me.Now remains just moistering from time to time and waiting for fall

damn near stupid.....but mostly impressed. If you have the time could you possibly post the tech you used on your grow? Detailed is better for slow ones like me. I'm sure many of us would appreciate it to the max. I'm look'n to do these in the near future and what a lovely job you've done. Rep for you. Thanks either way.

Besides, I didn't and still don't see detailed directions on the whole process in this thread. But now your links are like magic. Thank you for that my friend......I only asked for details because your method (or the method used) stuck out to me...right down to the wood and way you cut it. I'd like to try it. Thanks for the links

Very impressed, and I agree with truth....though there are many woodlover teks, I'm interested in the specifics of your method as well. I'm wanting to try this soon. Rep +1

![]() ![]() ![]() | The Truth., Diacetyl-M, guys, as you see, i didn't follow any of the teks strictly. The main idea of growing outdoor mushrooms is to creat a fruiting substrate without grains. And here wide field for experimens is opening. Your fantasy and probably choice in shop are two things that can limit you In my region it's impossible to buy wood chips so I have done it by axe myself - simply hacked birch shoetree as could, has done slivers - that's all. There's no any secret. My method differs from others just in facility that available to me. So feel free to invent something new, that will suit you Good luck! Well, here is normal photos of how patch looks:

Temperatures are: Agar and grain colonizating: 20 ° -26 °C Wood chips colonizating: 18 ° - 24 ° C Maximum sumer temperature: 35 ° C Expected minimum winter temperature: -30 ° C Average winter temperature: -5 ° C And a few extrem closeups of P.Baeocystis mycelium fighting with unknown bacteria contamination on agar landscape. For Woodlover-lovers i'll promote my thread about bioluminescent woodlover Panellus Stipticus with dozens of nice pics. Enjoy: http://forums.mycotopia.net/holding-...lustrated.html (Panellus Stipticus. Illustrated)
