| the first time i tripped i listened to the moody blues days of future passed, grateful dead anthem of the sun, and the doors eponymous. it was awesome i would really suggest those. others that i think would be good would be quicksilver messenger service - just for love, the incredible string band - 5000 spirits, the beatles - pepper, comus, country joe and the fish - here we are again, dr. john - gris, gris. electric prunes - mass in f minor, jefferson airplane - crown of creation, king crimson - lizard, love - forever changes, pink floyd - piper, the soft machine volume 1... long live psychedelic music ![]() |

| have you heared praxis mutatus/mutandus?steelyourface? its buckethead, brain, berni worell, and bootsy, very trippy. i havent tripped since ive found buckthead but i know it will be awsome! i love TOOL, freeks me out, (even sober, i mean staight, not the song... lateralus, wow)saw them last fall in MI and ate some shrooms, real light trip, but they managed to create a small earthquake. felt likethe venue dsconected from the rest of earth and spun around a few times. I dont think it was just te shrooms, they shook the earth. anyone else there?pine knob last year? a few years ago i smoked resin laid down and listened to RATM live and rare, i think i was close to astral travel, brads drums took me away, felt like it could haave been a trip, but was only resin. my first shrroomm trip was in a cave, and there was music playing, might have been crickets, water, bats, or spirts, it was so serene, then the cave started to melt, just gooey and warboley, not frightening or suffocating...blah...blah...i dont talk much, but i can go on for ever about music and shrooms |

| i recently had good success with pink floyd... for me, primus is a definate... they're really talented... end of story... the first foo fighters cd, shpongle, animosity, the faceless...although those last two are technical death metal so be careful... creedence clearwater is alright... james brown has been fun too... idk the list could go on forever

| Shpongle/hallucinogen and similar psybient/psytrance artists, sometimes Tool if im in the mood, sometimes pink floyd, the doors, the dead, etc. Psychedelic trance type music is my favorite on psychedelics for sure.

It's the brain-wave technique. When artists start composing their psy-trance based on binaural-beats (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brainwave_synchronization), it works for me! Hallucinogen is in my top 5 for sure, he has produced some albums under the name Shpongle which have taken on the most beautiful inner journeys. I ALWAYS start with 1 or 2 Sphongle albums when I have first time trippers along. Personaly I love the silence when tripping, I always take a big moment of silence when tripping on my own. When tripping on a party, I just love to dance, so I just like the bpm to be around 148.

| amanita muscaria Hi folks! SWIM was given 1.2g of dried amanita muscaria for free by a guy he sometimes meets on festivals. Now from what SWIM has read they're not the type of shroom that goes easy on you and SWIM would like to hear some opinions regarding that matter. Should he do the full dose or maybe half? Or perhaps just add a liitle bit when doing psilocybe? Please share..

| Personally I wouldn't even touch them as i think that you have to fast before eating them and such. But, some can quite deadly. Thats why i says awy from any mushies unless i know excatly what it is and like I said personally i wouldn't touch those. That is just my opinion.

| imho I would recommend them to people that has never done them before. But, if it's something you're into Low dosage is the way to go. 1/2 dosage seems reasonable. Please becareful. ![]()

| hmm..thank you so far I have to say this really doesn't sound like something I want to get into. Maybe I'll just chuck them into the bin before I do something stupid, I am after all not very experienced with shrooms and I'm not desperate since I have other stuff (safer stuff) in storage.
