Just jumped in the Northern Atlantic

Just got back from a lil polar bear dip. i have never done this before but it was a very interesting experience.

    anyone else ever try this?

i personally do not like cold water, but what the hell. it was for charity for less fortunate peoples. 600 people jumped in and 2000 were spectators.

i have a nice afterglow, similar to the next day after a mushroom trip.
i am happy to be alive today, i feel like my clocks have been reset.

i love to go to my local turkish bath house and get into the sauna, steam or jacuzi until i feel kinda faint, then plunge into a well of nearly freezing water, its heart and breath stopping(for me). i normally cant stand cold water, but this is great! it improves your circulation, and clears your mind. i dont know all the benifits, but i know there are many.

You feel so ALIVE! It's just your neurons being hit with two extremely massive, opposite stimuli.

My best friend drove his car into the office of his employer, then, convinced he was aided by Jesus and could walk on water, took a dip in the north Atlantic in late December.
    This is you, right?
