| Memory Hi everyone, i have a little (?) dilema here.. My memory is shot pretty bad. I live mostly in the now and here. I do not remember yesturdays, or day before yesturdays. Sometimes my memory is only a few hours long. I have thought about chillin' on the dankis herbus smokus, but that will take some time. So, are there any natural methods of bringing back that wonderful memory? I feel like I cannot function in school. Math class is extremely painful to sit through. I've heard Ginko does somethin, can anyone expand on this? I want some memory back please, for the love of god i wanna remember what I did yesturday!! |

| Yes, if you ask me ginko biloba is a miracle!!!!!! It massively has increased my focus and i definitely notice when i stop taking it (and so does my boss) ![]() Also I believe that some cardio daily helps. Nothing major ,I actually like to run at full sprint for about 1-2 minutes each day. For me this definitely increases focus. Dont over do it if you are a couch potato. I am a cig smoker and i feel this helps clean my lungs too.

| ive been there, too much weed, beer and slackin. it took me years to figure it out. but i came to a point where i realized i had to smoke less, drink less and get some discipline. sounds like and old man huh? im not old at all, just a little mature. now i smoke my herb 1nce a day at night after all the real world wants from me has been done, after a while you dont even want to smoke, just sleep. but then thats just me, some people can smoke 5 times a day and function perfectly. hope you find a way to change, good luck |

| I'd try something: Quit smoking weed for 30 days. You said it will take time: Why? It is not physically addictive. Just try it, or if you really can't fathom the idea of 30 days, try 15. Cold turkey. It can't hurt you. You don't need it to function, no matter what you tell yourself. And drink lots more water, and try going for walks and doing yoga every day. See how different you feel after 15 or 30 days. Ginko can help, but even better is vinpocetine: http://thyroid.about.com/cs/alternat...inpocetine.htm |

| not to change topic but i'd have to disagree with gen23. ive been chronically smoking mj now for abut the past 8 years. albeit i also agree its not addictive, as in something like coke. nor could it hurt you from quitting. but........ if i were to just quite cold turkey (which i have done before) i'd have a hell of a time trying to go to sleep at night. so in some respect, it does help me function. it helps me to be more calm an to sleep easier. yet...... it can also be counter productive; in short term memory and the lazy factor, dependant upon tolerance and strain. heres an interesting article that claims drinking sugar sweetened beverages can boost memory.

A very well paid Psychiatrist told me this is a vital chemical that the body quits producing when you are becoming a young adult Maybe thats why when you get older its harder to sleep good?
