Man, he hit a Titanic shot too. You hit one over the Coke bottle, you're doing something.

1 question. Did the "not so" interference with the foul ball extend Manny's walk off at bat, or did that happen in a different inning?

Different inning. It did extend the inning they tied the game at three though. It wasn't even close to interference, he was three rows into the seats. He is also my hero!

The kid that caught that ball is actually associated with Redsox ownership somehow.

His father is a "limited partner" which is a fancy term for someone who pays a zillion dollars a year for season tickets and the chance to go to a few functions with the players and owners. He holds no real position and has zero influence on the operations of the team.

They might give the sox a run for their money if they can keep that clutch hitting up. Then again you gotta have people on base to get a clutch 2 out RISP hit.

Boston has a better pitching staff than the Yankees. Better than anyone for that matter.

That sucked! On a positive note, Manny became the all-time post season home run leader. Still sucked. Trot Nixon gets the scoring started of all people.

I had a bad feeling that the Redsox's only wins would come from Beckett and maybe one more from Matzu or someone else. Leaving them 1 game short.

Umm, the sox were behind the entire game until they went up 7-6 for a short half inning or so ----what happened was that the lack of depth in the sox's bullpen was shown.......

Umm, excuse me? The Red Sox had the best bullpen ERA in the league for 2007 reg season.

awwww, thats cute --- i predicted that response, kinda sad that you actually came through with it ---- hope your not a "sore loser"

don't see me cryin when we lose ---ohh wait ---we win more than we lose, and against the best bullpen in ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL of baseball, no less!

I think what typically happens is your just having a hard time understanding sarcasm ---- i.e the depth of bullpen jab.......i.e the fact that i was implying no comment needed ---on such a nice win (Note: these are jabs --- i thought it was basics, but ill bring it down a few age levels in the future)
