    Talking DDD Mozz Cheese Squares

Cut your mozz cheese up into squares or rectangles or whatever.... same size so they cook at the same rate.

Dip in some beated up egg, into flour, back into the egg, and into some italian bread crumbs. Lay on a plate and cool in the freezer for at least 30min. Wash finger tips off between every few pieces to get the mess off

Heat vegetable oil to 350f.... deep fat fry a few at a time till they float an coating gets nice and brown. Eat with favorite dippin tomato sauce...

if you dont have italian bread crumbs
    but have old italian bread
let it get hard and old
    i know it sounds gross
but thats how they would make mozzerella sticks at a pizza shop i worked at as a teen
crush up the old hard bread
dip your cheese into the egg
    then the crumbs

    *just a lil extra tip
    easy and simple
