# of times you've tripped, affect intensity ?

was just wonderin what people thought about the # of times tripped as compared to the intensity of the trip. don't know if maybe just gettin old or what, but it seems like a lot less(than it used to take) takes me alot deeper than before! seems like if i trip with novice trippers they're laughin there ass off while i'm already talkin to the"gods" also can kinda put myself into the next realm buy closing my eyes & concentrating on trippin. ANYHOW... do ya think there's any truth in the old saying" You ain't tripped till you've tripped 1000 times?

I don't ever remember counting how many times I've tripped. I'm 40 now and at best all I can say is I've tripped A LOT. I do still like laughing until my sides hurt, but I also like to meditate no light or sound to better explore myself and feel closer to the powers that be.

I think it depends on your current state of mind to be honest - I do think that there is some truth that the trips get a bit more spiritual as you get older, probably because we feel less 'invincible'. I mean - we all feel like that when we are young do we not?

When we were 15/16, taking hits of acid or drinking mushie tea was just a laugh and nothing more, but definitely getting older I noticed that a lot of the time I gained a lot more insight from my experiences.

I'm grateful to be honest as I think that psycheldelics are a great way to realign your perception and prioritise what's important.

Don't get me wrong - it is also fun to laugh your ass off because you can't understand how the fucking CD player works....

Sometimes I think that the shrooms that I grow are more kind to me than they are to others because the mushies know that I grew them.

I have definately learned to control my trips. I started alone and I had many alone trips since then, until recently when I enjoyed tripping with people. Alone trips have always been deeper and more introspective, while tripping with others is pure extraversion. Gotta have some friends that accept you completely, though. A sudden and unexpected chat with God has to be respected as a completely normal thing while tripping ;].

There is always something to dig out when you do psychedelics. Maybe wait for something or keep digging ;].

I wish to thank all of you fine folks for your outstanding views. it's great to hear input from others who's mind has been "aligned".seems we all have pretty much the same take on the situation, perhaps a pool would be in order! once again THANKS! one thing i can say the color spectrum of visuals has never been better!
