So, i know some or all of you drink, what are your favorite drinks? Favorites that you make yourself? Etc?

Mine at the moment is Pskov's Death Mix.

Take a 1.6 liter water bottle (they don't exist, you have to halfass it, but still, that'd be the perfect size), dump a quart of lemon/lime powerade in it(947ml), add a red bull(250ml), fill the rest (303ml, or 403 if you can find a 1.6 bottle) with vodka(Taaka, in this case, king of the cheap vodkas).
If you can't find a 1.6, do the above with the 1.5, then drink a bit and top it off with more vodka, 2/3rds of a cup is about right.

Tastes good gets you hammered if you drink the whole thing, and limits the hangover (it hydrates you and replenishes vitemins and minerals as it dehydrats and destroys 'em).

I don't drink mixed drinks as much as I use to...got lazy and became a beer man but my favorite cocktail would be the Long Island Iced Tea

I'm sure most of you know the recipe but here it is as I know it.

Equal Parts of
Tequila
Rum
Gin
Vodka
Triple Sec

Add a splash of coca cola (not too much) and fill with Sweet and Sour mix.

Or if you've ever seen the Tao of Steve
"A long Island Iced Tea is like a survey course in world religions...take some Hinduism, some Taoism, Buddhism, Confucianism a lil Zorastorianism and Islam...add the sweet twins of Judaism and Christianity (lemon and lime) and then the lone contribution of western civilization La Coca Cola."

I only like drinkin straight up liquor or liquor mixed with others:

Jager, Rumplemintz, Aftershock=liquid cocaine

Jager, Gold Sluagher, with or without aftershock

one of my favorites of all time: Ameretto, Whalers vanilla rum

Das Komet, Cointreau (what im drinkin tonight)

My favorite straight up= Nevan fucking wonderful taste. Incredibly smoothe and sweet. 44$ a bottle but damn well worth it.

I am sure I could think of more but too tired currently.

Can barely even tolerate the smell of Jager. The only licorice I want is made into panties.

Anyway for a nice apertif pour Disaronno in a shot glass and top it with a squirt of lemon juice, ala Hidra. These went over great at Thanksgiving.

For a party make up some 'Yucca':

Big jar
10 sliced lemons
10 sliced limes
3 lb sugar
1/2 gal vodka
8 lb ice

Put the Vodka and the sugar into a the jar. Slice 10 lemons and 10 limes, use pliers to squeeze the juice into the jar and add the fruit. Fill the jar with ice. Wrap a towel around the jar and secure it with tape. Then the fun starts. It must be shaken for 20 minutes and everyone gets a turn. After the sugar is dissolved just pass the jar.

Sweetness that sounds like one of my favorites Caipirinhas it the most poplular drink in Brazil after beer. 1 lime
2 ounces of cachaça / I replace with either Grey Goose or Belvedere Vodka
Sugar to taste
Ice cubes

Wash the lime and roll it on the board to loosen the juices. Cut the lime into pieces and place them in a glass. Sprinkle with the sugar and crush the pieces (pulp side up) with a pestle. (We have a long, wooden one from Brazil, made specifically for this purpose.) Just enough to release the juice, otherwise it'll get bitter. Add the cachaça and stir to mix. Add the ice and stir again. It is delicious and potent!

You can also make a pitcher of caipirinha. Figure out how many people and multiply amounts. If you can't find cachaça where you live, use a good vodka. The drink will then be called caipiroshka. No vodka? Use white rum and you will have a caipiríssima. Caipirinhas made with sake are all the rage in Rio now! Try one...

Cuba Libre...it's just Rum and Coke with a Lime wedge. I can't get Cuban Rum legaly so I use Cruzan Rum cause it's good and cheap here. Jager? it reminds me of the taste of cough medicine.

1 part jager
1 part goldschlager
1 part bacardi 151
when mixed, we figured the proof at just over 100. (more if you like your 151)
they were definately flamable.
we took several down flaming.

1 part orange cruzan rum

I like Purple Hooters, and Bloody Mary's... screwdrivers if I'm feeling unimaginative, and redbull/vodka are great for studying in the library and getting kicked out in under 10 minutes...

my favorite mix has been honey and water and a little yeast and a whole lot of berries. course there's no instant satisfaction with this one, but oh so good and can't be bought in any store or bar ( atleast until I perfect my recipe and get a liquor license...)

My favorite drink is something I call Tiki Punch
Coconut rum, as much as you want in your drink(I like Bacardi coco It's as stong as reg. rum unlike Malabu)
top off with one part pineapple juice
one part OJ
one part cranberry juice

Sometimes when making a large batch I add a little everclear.Not enough to taste though.

IRISH CAR BOMB -

1/2 pint gennius in pint glass.

Make shot
1oz irish wisky
1oz irish cream (balieys)

Take your mixxed shot after you do 1/2 and 1/2 mix in the shotglass and drop it into the pint glass and chug down the entire thing as fast as possible..

taste like chocolate at the end..

dont be afraid, i cant chug alcohol either, but this works.

I usually order a round of Car Bombs at the bar for my mates or drink them religiously on st. pattys day.

NEXT:

Blue Rum & Cokes

1/3 ICE (cubed)
1/3 RUM (Capt. Morgans Original Spiced Rum)
1/3 COCA COLA (COKE)

1 TEA SPOON Blue Honey w/ Mushroom bits..

The mushrooms float at the top and are a tastey honey treat as you're drinking the rum & coke.. -- you can strain the bits if you wish.

beware, I was stuck on this fourm one night and in the chatroom indulging half of a 1.75 liter of captin morgans spiced rum and a entire pint of honey.

Chocolate Cake shot

1/2 Kettle One Vodka (or better)
1/2 Frangelica

Mix the shots half and half into a shot glass and shoot.
