This is what you get for dinner after 13 years of marriage! This is a whole fried fresh Artic Char, served at the Oceanaire Seafood Room. Good eats!

Nice! I've never had that before, but have wanted to give it a try. I don't think it's all that available around here.

What's the sauce there? Ginger?

It was a ginger and maple sauce..It went great with that fish, which was cooked medium rare inside....

That place has a great wine list too, from 30 bucks to 1000+!
