Natural Appetite Suppressants

This community has always been very knowledgeable when it comes to herbs and natural remedies. At least in my experiences. This is why I've come here in search of natural appetite suppressants.

Does anyone have some experience, or simply know of, effective appetite suppressants. I'm looking for something natural and I don't need anything extreme. Just trying to make this diet a little easier.

Look up Hoodia gordonii over at Bouncing Bear, it's a fast growing cactus that has been getting lots of attention lately.
I hear bad things about store bought hoodia (pills) though, (such as villages raping other villages supply to sell to us...) so I'd buy some from BBB and grow it!

they also sell Que she there... some kind of chinese diet... fairly new to their product line...

let us know if you go either of these routes...

what my foaf used to do was if they got hungry between meals theyd just drink a couple large glasses of water. youll go to the bathroom alot more but you wont be hungry and it wont cost you a dime.

i used to do that too, hard to get plain water down. it goes down easier with a squeeze of lemon and the water being room temp...

Lol - yeah I'm already at 100% saturation. I do my best to get tons of water since I'm lifting and doing cardio.

its not about being at 100% saturation. its about filling your stomach up to were you dont want to eat until youre supposed to eat.

i have tested out hoodia from BBB, and it works well.
helps me get through the hunger pangs when there is no food in the house j/k

actually i had just put it to the test to see what it was all about.
it looks like a fine green powder, almost like cactus incense, and it does seem to work pretty well
good luck

If you're doing cardio/lifting, make sure you don't dip your caloric intake too low! If you're not avoiding caffeine, yerba mate is a mild appetite suppressant with a zing.

Mate is like magic when you're hungry. Im talking about the real shit not the bottled "Green Tea" that you get in the store.

Buy the actual loose leaf and stem and buy yourself a little gourd cup and one of the metal filter straws.

It is great at curbing your hunger, giving you a little pep, and it has the most anti-oxidants of any tea.

NOW..... If I were you. I wouldn't be trying to skimp on the food if I was lifting.

Give your body the fuel it needs to do your gym routine. Feed yourself foods that aren't processed and fresh. Eating foods that give you energy to workout is more effective for loosing weight than hardly eating because you can workout longer and burn more calories and convert the stuff you eat into energy and strengthen your muscles.

thats my .02 cents.

guarana works well for suppressing the apetite,
but it also has caffeine in it
It gets absorbed by your body over 4-5 hours
and is less intense than coffee,
but definitely gives you energy

Yeah I do my best to give my body what it needs, but for fatloss it comes down to calories burned vs calories consumed, so skimping is a must, but I still consume plenty.

and thanks for the advice on the yerba mate I'll definitely give it a try.
