    ordering spores?

has anybody ordered cubie spores from
"FMRC". I called the buissness number recently and I got him at home while he was eating dinner, I felt bad, but he wanted to answer my question anyway, real nice guy. but when I get on his web site there is all this stuff about red resricted spores, and it confussed me. I don't know if any one else has, I like getting my spores in a syringe so I don't have to mess around with all the stearlizing, unless the print is really fresh then it only a few weeks to birth. anyways if has ordered let us know, or if he's strickly a "for microscopic purposeses only!" person

Uhhh no offense to the guy. I dont know, and can't say whether he's legit or not. But I would stick to the vendors on our sponsors page. http://forums.mycotopia.net/view.php?pg=banners

stephen does not guaranty viable sterile prints
so you are taking a chance ordering from him,
better be ready to do some agar work if you're lucky
    enough to get living spores.

unless you just wanna look at them under a scope

Definitely legit, slp is always around here helping people out and adding insight. And notifying us when the next issue of the journal goes up.

Depending on your location, I'd recommend either Sporelabs or RalphsterSpores, both sponsors of these forums. Very reputable people Max is always doing specials in the Marketplace so check it out.

Go with one of the sponsers here based on location depending on the time of year.
I like Max but I don't order from him in the winter months unless I am Canada.
In the heat of the summer I go with my neighbor blah blah sponser here.

    Thanks guys...

    www.mushroomsfmrc.com

FMRC is very reputable and isn't just another 'businessguy with a pricelist.' Mr. Peele is a true mycologist who has contributed for years to both the OMC and the mycological world. Knowledge, contributions, experience....as a consumer, those kinds of credentials make a big difference to me no matter what I'm buying!
