    seeing as auctions are becoming more common
    time for some guidelines - rules to govern them.

    the bidder must be able to pay at the close of the auction-
    DO NOT BID IF YOU DON"T HAVE THE MONEY.
    it's just that simple.
    if someone wins but does not pay the bid amount
    within 5 business days
    then their bid is forfeit
    to the next highest bidder.
