well now im really really really sad i feel beaten
cause i ordered spores from the 2nd of may from sporeworks
using my chech card which was billed to my account
so when my order doesnt show up i contact workman and he says hes 400 miles away so he tells me in a pm to contact custservice@sporeworks.com so i do that , then they tell me they dont handle those issues and to contact sporeworks@hush.com so i do and that was like 12 days ago and they still didnt answer my email
so i emailed the custservice@sporeworks.com as originally instructed by workman, and i get the exact same message again, please contact sporeworks at sporeworks@hush.com

WHAT THE FUCK!!!! were i come from we call this the runaround

yea so any ideas on how to resolve this without going through workman and custservice@sporeworks.com and sporeworks@hush.com cause these guys seem not to give a fuck
and i had a mass infection in my incubator and now i have nothing
at all

If it were me I would contact Workman a second time with copies of my attempts to solve my issues. Let him know what's going on.

I've done quite a lot of business with them and had no problems.
Speaking as a business person, sometimes things beyond our control happen.
Relax, be nice and hang in there.

It's safe to anticipate having many more days like that, especially in this hobby. It's all part of the fun. I can say from experience that it's better not to let it get to you.

custservice@sporeworks.com isn't the address I gave and I am not even sure that address even exists. It should be custserv@sporeworks or better yet, use the "contact us" form on the sporeworks website. The hushmail address is given when people attempt to send PGP messages to the custserv address.

You are not intentionally being given the run around. I'll alert the TN office to this thread and see if they can straighten this out. As mentioned before I am not near the TN office and can't check on these things directly.

Hang in there. It may be Monday during work hours before you get a response.

if workman ran out of spores thats cool cause the real reason i ordered the spore syringes was cause i was out of syringes , and so i decided to kill two birds with one stone

but like i said, ill get prints from somewhere else

so if hes out of spores he can send me like 9 dollars in syringes and id be very much obliged!

Wow, sorry you're having issues. I really just felt the need to lend my support to Sporeworks reputation as well. And if it helps ease your mind - I'd bet a very large sum of money, probably everything I had, on them making things right with you. Thems some good folks.

Good to see so many are avid supporters of Sporeworks, saves me from starting a thread to ask on where to buy from.

From my personal experiences, I'd tend to lay blame moreso with UPS as I've had a couple incidents where I received empty packages from McGraw Hill, a $120 book of engineering formulas and later a series of Calculus textbooks had magicly dissapeared and had been replaced by the standard brown paper filler that UPS uses (Stuffed into the plastic sleeve the books came in)

Keep in mind, alot of the UPS loaders / unloaders work for like $10 an hour, and only get to work 4 hours a day (thou UPS used to make up for it with a good tuition reimbursment program) and not all of them were Eagle Scouts.

I'd hate to think a tracking number was actually used, but if it were I'd bet the package shows it's in transit or already delivered.
