    im worried!!!!! sporeworks

    its been 2 weeks since i have placed my order with sporeworks and still havenot received my order is this usual does anyone use them.and also i have kept my subs in the freezer...poomix and grian bags are they ok???

    well i paid using credit card lon the 27 of july the same day i placed wit hippie his stuff got here already.i just dont want my other shit to go bad waiting for the sporesthats why i put it in the freezer?

    It took a little longer then i would like to get my spores, and they came dead, but they offered to resend the orders when my temperatures lower, they week mine both were delivered we were hitting highs of 105*F to 107*F not including the heat index, and the temp of the back of a ups truck.

    2 different orders placed seperately came within that week, both dead syringes.

    but, reship in the fall, and they usually send xtras when they replace things,

    sporeworks is one of the best spore vendors, they always make things right.
    They never give you a hassle. Just email custserv@sporeworks.com, just of course, don't talk about "my spawn wont grow" as they are for microscope use,

    a simple, "No spores visible under the scope" is sufficient.

    if you add your name and order # it makes it way easier for that weird guy in knoxville to respond.

    I believe your subs will be fine indefinately in the freezer.
    Never stored grainspawn there....yet.
    But pasteurized subs are fine to be frozen.
    Been seeing that method used in a lot of my reading.

    Captmaui - sporeworks is a sponsor and i am sure if they are late on shipping its for a valid reason and they usually compensate for such things,they have been around a while and ive seen a a lot of other sponsors come and go in the OMC,but sporeworks is still around for good reason.If you are wronged by them they will make it right I am sure.I do not know how active workman is on this site but I know on another site where sporeworks is a sponsor he is fairly active in answering customer problems,either him or psilocyber should get back to you if you email or PM them.I have only dealt with them twice my self and both times it went well, once they were late but more then compensated for it,however i have seen hundreds of posts and threads applauding their products and service over the years.

    Didn't they give you a tracking number in an email when it was sent out? It's very easy just to log onto ups.com and track your package that way. Then you will know exactly where it is. Good luck.

    not really,
    UPS won't track a package on a truck en route
    so if it's a non-stop drive
    it'll look like the package is just sitting there
    until it's in your mailbox.

    That makes sense. Guess mine wasn't non-stop because I have about 7 different tracking records so far. Also, on the tracking page there is an estimated date of arrival and it says whether or not it is on schedule or not. Regardless I trust the people here that have had many good experiences with the sponsors so I wouldn't worry too much. But if anything, you could always shoot over an email.

    usually they are very fast to ship. and...if they are slow, they usually include goodies with the package. talk to the vendor they may be able to help.
