Hi Gang,
I've sent 2 emails to sales@mycrotopia but did not receive a response. I did a search and found that Hippie was moving shop. Has anyone ordered recently? Experience any delays?

Outside of Mycrotopia is there another sponsored vendor I could buy pre-made sterile substrate from?
I don't want to make it myself if I don't have too...

i was bad about my email-
this cell card was so slow it kept timing me out
by the time i got my antenna and rigged up better
i had several hundred emails in my box.
i just deleted everything except actual orders,
figuring the determined will write back.

Damn guys! Have any of you ever tried to move that much shit as far as hip did? The man is doing amazing being just this far behind. Show a little respect! Hillbilly and Hip are two of the greatest vendors I've ever had the pleasure to deal with and if they say it's coming count on it!

as i've given priority to rush orders
and small simple orders like casing mix
can be done far quicker than
grains.

but of course i don't know off-hand which is yours.

onto gmail [google's mail]
so i was cut off most of the day
but he just informed me that
the move went fine and now

we're shipping an average of 5-7 orders a day
and are starting to get caught up
but still many ahead of you,
proly still a 2 week turn-around on new orders
but we expect to get back to one week wait
in about one more week of banging this shit out.
shipped 50 bags and 60 jars just in last 2 days
so we're picking up the pace now.

no one can work every second of every day,
yeah, i do a few other things but not much,
been here 2 months and gone fishing three times, about an hour each time.
yesterday i was up at 6 am,
logged in here and read posts and pms until 8 am,
boxed up orders until about noon,
drove post office [15 miles] to mail them,
drove up to KC grabbed a sack of rye, a load of manure and my poo grinder
then back here, a 3 hour road trip.
then wifey and i whipped out 40 bags of rye, 2 lc and a dozen half pints,
ran 'em thru the pc until 11 pm last night.
ate a cold dinner [leftovers] and to bed
and now i'm back for another day.
i'll spend a good chunk of the morning wading thru email today,
haven't checked in a few days.
then gotta triple-seal those 40 bags, add injection ports,
box up and go to town to ship 'em out.
then i have 6 dozen more 1/2 pints to make
and another 20 mycromix bags.
plus i gotta try to find time to fix a leaky faucet
so we can wash the mountain of clothes that have piled up.
and it's raining.
so i doubt i go fishing.

we have NO orders left that are that old,
yours is proly the damn pkg that was returned as undeliverable,
been sitting here awhile now.
i don't have access to the order numbers now,
so PM me the address, the stuff ordered and the date
and i'll dig thru my receipts.

How long does your shipping normally take? You said you shipped one of my orders last thursday, and it's still not here. Is that normal?
