I just wanted to give props to Hippie3 for the extremely quick service on an order of donkey doo. I placed the order last Friday, and it's already in my poopy little hands. And it's a phat sack of shit! It will be my first grow with the donkey, so I am excited as . . .well, shit. As always, Mycrotopia and H3 are the best in the business. ![]() ![]() |

Yeah, I have been reading grow logs and such that showed awesome results, so I figured I would give it a go. Hip packed the box as full as he could get it and got it to me in three business days. Now all I have to do is get a bunch of spawn ready. |

I almost talked my wife into agreeing to get a llama. Alas, she is a city girl. That d-doo is great stuff, though, Hip. I have some spawning right now, and it is going fast. I think I am on day 4 or 6, and it's extremely rhizo. |

I don't have any pics, but I have to report that the donkey doo seems to be the "fine wine" of dung. I mixed 4 quarts of the d-poo with 2 quarts coir and two quarts vermiculite, spawned with popcorn to 2 ghetto sandbags, and I have harvested around 2 ounces from the first flushes so far, and both bags are pinning like crazy.

Okay, so far I have harvested around 3 1/2 ounces dry from the two bags. They have been dunked for a few hours and returned to fruiting conditions with pins everywhere. I am going to let them go one more flush and then dump them outside. I didn't know how kosher it would be to take pictures for this thread, but donkey doo is the best dung substrate I have used. Thanks again, Hip. |

I completely endorse the donkey doo. I prefer it outdoors for seasonal growing and horse poo indoors works good for me. I find the donkey doo has less occurrence of critter/insect infestation when I use it outdoors. But that's my experiences.

Good to see you too MLB ![]() weeeee - yes, for me the horse indoors works better. I think because for me, outdoors I don't clean anything. With Mycrotopia Donkey Doo, I just spawn right to the bag of doo or dump in my outdoor patch and spawn - no pasteurizing or anything, just adding water and spawn. I think because my horse poo works better indoors is because I do pasteurize it and I don't clean out the bedding, hair, or anything else that may be in it. I also don't use super composted indoors and may be why it gets attacked outside by bugs and critters more often than the Donkey Doo. The Donkey Doo is always composted to perfection and a nice texture.
