Trust me, if you were holding the spore syringe, getting ready to make a slide for microscopy viewing and you accidentally tripped and the syringe tip pierced your self healing inocculation port of the LC that you were getting ready for your oysters , and the plunger actually slightly depressed, inserting spore water into the lc, you would see mycelium growth within 4-7 days...
