1000 mics approximately.

8:00 pm dose
8:00.05 body shutters as lsd is injusted orally via paper

8:15 fist effects noticed. very slight visual distortions.

8:15-9:00 slowly beginning to turn on. visual distortions, colors, patterns, shapes, etc.... slight "melting" of ground and interesting patterns

9:15 - Band comes on and THANKFULLY, music begins. I have alot of energy at this point. Too much.

Hands start to tingle. Skin begins to feel like it is falling/melting off of my body. Face, hands, arms.

It is at this point that I again realize that I have eaten a little too much. Paranoid feelings that people (their spirits) are looking at me and and looking down at me. I wonder why, but quickly pull myself out.

Luckily I'm pretty experienced with acid. Many others would have sunk.

I realize that dancing is going to keep me afloat. Keep playing the music, I say.

They played 4 hours without a break. Whew! I danced 4 hours without a break.

10:40 - I'm flying high. Dancing has become second nature. I'm going to show off a little. My body flows like metal. I'm like the 80's breakdancers, one arm flowing into the other. Eyes are closed. Its easier that way...

A cute hippy girl spins my way.... hehe

11:58 - End of Show - oops, encore!

12:30 - WOW!!!

Now for the after show party. The acid seems to be mellowing out. I don't have the insane body buzz or melting into the floor feeling.

Ahhh, chill out, smoke some hash, and check out the blacklights...

3:00 - out like a light!

White doesn't ever seem to come on TOO strong for me no matter what the dose...friends and I were talking (while all on 500-1000 mics) the other night and thought that as long as you did a reasonable dose (300-500) the lack of inmpurities pretty much gave you the same trip...an average psychedelic dose. Now there is some new silver out. Its in the midwest. Might sample that in a couple weeks...higher doses of silver DO seem to spin me harder. I'll tell yall about it...

SUPPOSEDLY the shit is in higher mics, like around 125 or so. When the elves come out of the magical forest we'll see what they say. Love ya guys...

after 30+ years, never heard this terminology. Fluff? White? Silver? are you referring to crystals of some sort? It has been impossible to find, except paper once in a while. The few times I ate 2 hits by myself, it was great intense but at the limit of what I could absorb without all-consuming anxiety. I find that taking a long walk calms me down. nMaybe I'll start a new thread called Trip strategies or something...

Fluff is White Crystal. Pretty much the best. No anxiety. Silver...clean but different, little more of a mind fuck/head rush to me. Lavender, a little dirtier. Your gonna feel that in the morning...

Don't eat amber, or beige, they're pretty close to each other as far as impurities. I don't fuck with em. Besides theres tons around, why not eat the good...

quick breakdown.... Fluff or white fluff is the purest, has no impurities and will dissolve in plain distilled water. Silver is second in the purity, cleaned up pretty good but you need alcohol or ether to dissolve the crystal. Then you have lavender, beige and amber, all lessening in purity, respectively, and all need to be broken down with a solvent. Tornado Juice I have only seen once on blue or greyish blue hits, never saw the crystal and I don't know the purity but that shit will trip you out way hard... 15 mins and yer flying with the TJ.

How many of you view lsd as a sacrament, like communion is to Catholics?

Here is the definition according to dictionary.com

sacrament

n : a formal religious act conferring a specific grace on those who receive it

I am curious because I find parallels between a jam band concert and a church service. The priest / minister is replaced with the muscian. The sacrament, (in Catholicism, communion, the "Body of Christ," the host, etc...) is replaced with a psychedelic, normally mushrooms or lsd, sometimes mescaline depending on locale/geographic location.

An observation:

everyone in the "tribe" or "family" gets dosed before the show (if they want) regardless of ability to pay

I have often felt a part of some cult, the "cult of LSD" or some such nonsense, when tripping hard. (over 500 mics) I have felt that I am being wooed to become a minister (dealer), to have the responsibility of distributing the energy, the sacrament. I'm still waiting to be tempted with a few really hot bisexual women to lock the deal....

When I think of these things during my trip (which happens often), I usually notice the people around me start to move away. They start to avoid me. They look at me funny or disapprovingly. Sometimes I can bring myself back. Convince myself that I am simply on a drug. Convince myself that these thoughts are not truth, but rather fabrications of my imagination resulting from lsd intoxication... I only wish I knew...

Anyway, I am unable to discuss the effects of LSD with my family. They are very quiet about it. They don't talk about their trips at all. I NEED to talk about them or I will slowly contine to sink into insanity...

LSD is very powerful. The idea that a small square of paper can contain so much energy and can warp your brain for hours/months/years/eternally is baffling .

same deal for me with shrooms. i view them as something sacred. unfortunately in this day and age you won't find too many people realizing the entheogenic properties of the mushroom and use it only to get "fucked up".

unfortunately, my dad thinks psychdelics are all toys for enjoyment. i'm more reluctant to give him shrooms now, but i figure eventually that mushrooms will teach him. i just hope he doesn't do anything stupid like believe he's dying and then call 911.

i wouldn't bother convincing myself otherwise. there are many others like you and they make it there life long goal to spread what they believe is a sacrament. just follow your heart. if you think it can end up distancing yourself from others because they don't believe the same, they're pretty damn closed-minded about drugs. i wouldn't blame them though. i guess it's just in the way they were influenced.

i wish someday to experience acid..

I am more of a spiritual Person, I love what chemicals Natural or UnNatural can do to your body. Take for instance Endorphines, when your Body is in pain it sends natural Pain killers (endorphines) throughout your body *Body shudders* and you get this tremedus High. ( I Like Pain ) Has anyone Hung on Hooks before, or has been throught a tribal tatooing ceremony ?? Your High the Whole time.

Same as LSD, acid, E, Micro Dots and Shrooms. I love the way it makes the body tingle and sends you off into another WonderLand.
But by far Pain and Shrooms are My favorite I seem to be more in a trance/ otherworld then anything.
