Any grains you'd use for cubs can be used for Pan cyans. Rye berries, WBS, Popcorn, etc..

Update, Day 6 after being put in FC.

Ah my friends how the children continue to grow. The first tray to fruit is lookin good, and the rest of the trays are all fruiting. The 2-1/2 pint jars in the fc slightly out of view are 2 days behind.

My agar kit will be here tommorow. So I have a question, when is it good to clone? I have a nice meaty tall fruit I've been eyeing. I will let it get bigger first. Also, where should I take the tissue from on the Pan's? They are so fragile looking.

The fatties are due to Jim's guidance, Im a converted exotic grower now.

Im cloning the fattest stemmed one, for sure. Where should I extract tissue from? Cap or inside of the stem?

I did exactly that.

I just attempted a clone to 3 dishes on MEA. I attempted 3 dishes of MEA to clone some B+ as well. Spores were dropping on the 2 most mature trays. So I harvested them. I also am taking quite a few prints throughout the grow. I chose to attempt a clone on the fattest of the bunch, and as it turns out that particular fruit was not ready to sporulate any time early. I decided to throw in a pic of the nice size B+ fruit as well.

MAJOR props to Workman for hooking me up with 5 disposable innoculating loops at no charge

. I plan on using the nocc loops for my Pan Viet Project.

I plan to donate a couple prints to the Topia from this grow. I still have 3 more trays and 2 jars to harvest in due time and these Goliaths are heavy spore depositors.

Im keeping a good eye on the clone sitting on the agar. I didnt have anything else that I was waiting to put in the fc . Since I have been using filterpatch bags for my Cube projects and going invitro my fc space is open. I decided that I would case the first 2 containers and throw out the rest. I see why Jim says that a 2nd flush isn't worth it. But I didnt have anything pressing.

I did quite a few prints, and as a token of my love and appreciation of this site I will be donating 4 Pan Goliath prints to the Topia. Hip, what addy should I send the prints to?

I will be sure to dig up the pics of the 1/2 pints. 1/2 pints are great for getting started growing Pans cuz you can get spore prints from them and get more ballsy with your future grows.
