    And This casing I made with Non -cloned sub and 1/2 Quart jar of cloned Sub. Can you guess Where the cloned sub was?

    Thanks I took the comparison pic to send to a friend who is also interested in Mycology. For the Nugget, I cut some straw down to 2-3 inches, soaked in water and lime in zip-lock freezer bag for 24 hours.
    Then pasturized in same water at 170 for 1 1.5 hours. Holes poked in bagged and drained/squeezed. When cooled off Put into new zip-lock and mixed with 2 quarts wbs. Holes/slashes were poked in zip-lock using razor blade. Then back into the incubator at 84 degrees..... A lil over-kill on using 2 quarts but I like the colonization times to be quick. Pic was took on day 5.
    Ive been working with the SA strain for 6 months now. I need to get some diff strains soon.

    Great...It's always a good idea to spawn heavily to non composted substrates like you did ..Helps to insure a fine harvest...

    Can you detail the cardboard method u used..? cause that's a pretty interesting method and everyone seems to do it a bit differently...Thanx..
