    Whats up with these jars??/

    These jars have something weird in them.....looks like possible myco by-product.. but I'm not sure. What are ya'll suggestions or ideas?


    The rest of the jar looks white and good...

    cant really tell by the picture.
    is it a brown goo?
    when you birth the cake keep it away from the other ones. smell it, if its anything but good earthy mush throw it away.
    looks like it could be bacterial. also looks like it could be inverto pinning, but again i cant tell from the pictures.

    Pics are a bit blurry. Does it smell like rotting garbage?
    It could be mycelial waste but it is hard to tell. How old are the jars?

    is there some in each jar? or is that the same jar over and over?

    yeah i suggest smelling it, if its a sour rotting smell through it away.
    if its like i said good earthy mush, grow those suckers

    I get something similar in older grain spawn jars that have been sitting around. It's like a soft mushroom tissue growing circular and abnormal?
