iduncan Mycophiliac Join Date: Mar 2007 Posts: 66	Ban Nathon (PF-TEK) KK well I did 1/4 cup verm to 1/3 Cup Rye Flour and added water till it I felt it in my hand and it was satisfactory. This is what the cakes look like 5 days of incubation @ 85 F. Will keep you posted/..:-)
