A while back Max ran a special on Z, it was an offer I couldn't refuse
I did not need them at the time so they sat in the drawer for several months. I noccked up 20 jars at the end of March, 10 per syringe. In 3 days there was detectible growth and now at 14 days the jars appear fully colonized!
They'll get another week and then they go in to fruit.

It is hard to find better than the z strain in the cubie world imo. You like the z, then you will also like the tasmanian.
