Found a Pan Goliath print FOAF sent (a year ago)
First attempt at making a syringe.

Pc'd syringes, needles, shot glass and water
Preped area and turned the flow hood on low
Carefully scraped the small < 3/8 print into shot glass
Took syringe #2 drew up 10cc sterile h2o and washed the scraping needle, stirred and mixed the spores.
6 pf brf 1/2 pints were nocced.

Q what's the best temp to get colonization?

room temp is fine. My ac is always on so it is between 65-75. It slows a lil on the colder side. Myc creates its own heat so you don't want to go too high. I don't know what the optimum is for that type but in most cases room temp is perfect!

Pans can take up more head ,so you can go higher if you want..in the low 80's.
