    it's really easy
    i'll try to translate the recipe

    take 250g sliced boletus edulis an one big, sliced onion and stew them in butter until all the liquids evaporated.
    take 3 tablespoons flour and mix them with a small amount of water. then poru this mix over the mushrooms and sweat it a bit while stiring it.
    then add 0,5l milk, 0,5l vegetable stock, chili and pepper and cook it for ~15-20 minutes
    flavour it with salt, lemon juice and dill and it's ready to serve.

    really easy and great in taste
