Whats left :/

Had 6 cakes in this terrarium. But lost 4 because of laziness, or just not birthing them when i knew i should have. they were all dunked together in a water bleach mix 1:400 . Saw lots of green mold on the ones i had to chuck out. I think because i waited two weeks after they were fully colonized untill i birthed them. Had alot going on in my life, and was bummed, so i procrastinated.

NEVER AGAIN THOUGH. mycoscopy cheers me up and sometimes i just forget that.

I like using the straws and burying the cakes in 50/50 coir/verm. I usually get 3 or 4 flushes before they need to be thrown out.

I will post more pics in a day or two. Around harvest. Also i will post some pics of two chronic jars going on.

Left cake still needs a few days to mature, but i will probably harvest the right cake tomorrow night. These tex's look nice

Lil invitro jar of tex as well. lots of long narrow tex's in there. its hard to see them all there is ALOT

do you see any noticable difference with those straws in there? im assuming they are for air exchange possibly identification as well? either way looking good

The straws are for watering. I think most dribble a little water into the straws.

Nice looking little grow you got there, big!

yeah the straws are given a few holes in them, spaced apart down the length of it. i fill the straw via syringe every 3 days or so with water. the straws keep the cakes hydrated. i never liked having to redunk cakes and the straws keep the cakes hydrated enough for at least 3 flushes. sometimes thought i get up to 5 flushes!

flushed weighed in at 70grams wet. making two nice prints with the bigger two caps. unfortunaly green was starting to show on the cake so this will be its only flush. still happy with the fruits i got though

i know i shouldnt be but sometimes im just blown away by what my cakes give off. dont underestimate the shrroomz is what i've learned.

i think they are tex, though they look alot diff than the fresh aired texans.

this wasnt even a full sized half pint, it was like 3/4 of a half pint, i thought "what the hell ill use it anyways"
