This is my buddy Kermit the toad (think he's a toad). He comes up on the deck to eat a bunch of bugs at night. I try and kill or stun moths that are flying next to the light and feed him. He's so good, just sits there and poses for the camera. I tried to get some pictures of the bats that fly in my yard at night and was going to upload a picture of them to the "Dark Night" thread, but it's really hard to get a picture of a bat. I think my camera must suck, because these pictures should have come out better. It was dark but still. It's a HP Photosmart 6.2 megapixels. I'm getting a little frustrated with the lack of quality it puts out. Who knows, maybe it's not the camera, maybe it's the operator.

    Long Time, No See...

Caught one these in the lens after a long hiatus. Droughts are likely to be caused by phenomena of nature as they are from a thirst from within the soul. Only the wise can tell the difference. When I saw this vision, I experienced a joyful feeling. It made me realize that every day I wake up taking that first breath starts a day in which I write my life with a clean slate, the beginning of a clean experience.
    That's the beauty part...
    Peace

Sure is, She's almost 4 months old and a little sweet heart. That is until she gets in bed with us and starts bitting my ears.

lol, yeah they are a handfull. we have had 3 of them over the yrs. good luck, my only suggestion is to get her well socialized because they can easily be a 1 person sort of dog, and very protective.

    Pics from our recent Vacation

My family and I went to the upper, lower peninsula and the upper peninsula of Michigan. Got a few good shots in and thought Id share them with everyone. The pic that looks like a white dot is Jupiter through our telescope if you look really close to the left of the Planet you can see three of its moons, the fourth didnt show up in the pic. The last pic is what I came home to, 9 of these EQ monsters in my tub.
