    Hooray for PFA

After several attempts at albino strains (all failed up until now) The PFA strain came through and made me smile. The cool thing is that the tray was put into and fc and then it wasn't touched for over a week. Upon returning to take a look here is what was found.

I figured that I would share some of the photos that were taken

    Beautiful Chip!!!!!

I've always found they love their casing layer on the dryer side of life. Once I case, I set to fruit, then no misting. Those are lovely. Are you gonna try to print any?

WBS was inoculated with an LC from MS. The colonized WBS(took about 2.5 weeks at 80 F) was spawned to a 50/50 Coir/Verm Sub and placed in a tray. It was covered with foil that had holes poked in it and placed back into the incubator for 4 or 5 days. The colonized tray (no casing applied) was placed into an FC (approx 75 degrees and 85-90% RH) and misted before placing the lid on top and leaving the FC alone for approx 8-9 days. When the lid was taken off after the 8-9 days..Whalla! The pictures below is exactly what the tray looked like. Only one tray survived out of two and the one pictured below was harvested then flooded with H2o for 18 hrs or so in order to rehydrate the cake and try and get a second flush from it. I guess we'll know within a week or two if she will flush again, I hope so.

The albino caps and gills certainly are pretty I think

Those look awesome mad skilz chip.

Not to take anything away from this but other that looking SUPER COOL does being an albino mush change anything? Is it just that these are rare and abnormal?

Like I said great job they look really cool.

    Man, those are freakin' beautiful.

Maybe albinos are like cats pooping - they don't like being looked at when they are trying perform!
