    Pan Ban Lamai

    Hi fellow Mycotopians..!

I've got allot of things going at this moment..,so much, that I probably have to chancel a few...
One of the things I got going at this time is the strain Ban Lamai...
It started pinning today,so I took a few shots...
The first picture(thumb) is right after the mycelium colonized the casing layer.
I noticed there was allot of bumby overlay, but it looked very nice...
About a week later (today) I noticed it had started pinning.

I used a mixture of 50% Horse poo and 50 % vermiculite for substrate
    (Spawned 1:2 colonized brf/substrate)
Also added some (one theaspoon) normal Calcium to the substrate (no Cuttlebone this time)
The casing layer is made of pre-mixed compost, peat, and coir...,and again I added 50 % vermiculite and some Calciumhydroxide (1/4 theaspoon)
I dunked the tray for 8 hours, after spending 3 days in the Terrarium
So,it was dunked before the first flush
    Casing substrate is 0,8 Inch

    Here are the Pics... !

    Thanks TastyB..!

I tried to take more shots this evening, but it was to dark...
To bad, because there are some real cool looking bright orange/transparent pins popping up !

Maybe the transparency is because of the water droplets,..I'm not sure, but it look kinda neat !

Here's another update picture from today...

The caps are still very small...
I wanted some prints from this strain, but I'm not in a hury.
Going to clone anyhow,so no need for prints at this time...

Here's how the tray looks today...

So..I harvest the tray, and dunked again...

I didn't remove any new pins that were popping-up,and as a result of that, one pins is really swollen up...!
The picture doesn't really show it well, but I'll post it anyway...
If it's going to be a big one ,then I will be posting pics along the way...

    ...here it is,

Is it a DSLR or a point-and-shoot? Nikon's are good cameras.

Digital SLR (single lens reflex) - the cameras with all the lens attachments so you can have macro lens', telephoto lens', etc.

Okay,I took some more picture today.

I noticed that this strain is very photosyntetic compared to other strains/species,so I need to turn my casing 180o everyday,to get them growing straight.

The large pin has grown a bit,and now you can really see how big it is, compared to the other shrooms (who also gained in size btw).
Hopefully it will keep growing, and be as big as a Cubie...!

I will certainly clone this one...!
