It almost looked like another kind of mycelium , like coprinus or oyster even but it can't be or you'd be seeing alien pins. Its only in that lower vermiculite level eh ? Must be a contam of some sort.

Glad to see its gone back normal.

I really appreciate all the kind words. This forum really has some of the nicest people I've come across on the internet!

Well decided to put my tubs in the FC, cased them with some verm.. so I'm excited to see how that go's.

Sooooo had some really big changes in my life lately, "bittersweet" pretty much sums it up perfectly. I wasn't able to do my hike

, to much stuff to get ready..

Anyways, both tubs are on second flush, cakes are on third.. everything is going great! I will be doing a GT or HAW grow sometime soon when I have some rhythm in my life again..

So i am starting my first grow why did u have to put your bins in a aquarium thing can u just do the whole process in the bins?

Nice work! Loving those tubs!

You consider printing a few choice fruits! Those PE caps like nice and open at the very bottom. Might be able to get a nice print from this batch.

I know this is not the topic of the thread any more, but I was just wondering how often you've done the oven sterilizaton of lc? I've never seen anyone do that before, and it looks like it worked out nicely for you. Great job!

I used oven sterilization of my LC solution also. Irishlion's honey/karo tek works wonders!

Any thoughts on it's viability for sterilizing cakes/grains? Would there be a way to compensate for the moisture loss? I've heard of someone who swears it can work, but hippy said it was bunk. Not a lot of info on it out there though.

For anything else I would really reccomend a PC, especially grains.
