is it possible to get kits with the mycelium formed

hiya me & my mate seem to both have trouble with the formation of the mycelium in our farms(two mycofarms) we used hawaiin spores, i made a post about mine the other day. so is it possible to get kits with the mycelium formed shipped to the uk?????if not could somebody post information on how we could do it qiuckly & easily next time without a pc, as i've heard it is possible to use the microwave as a good substitute.

otherwise i advise you to buy a pressure cooker.
