In your experiences, what type of water was used for the most fruitful flushes?

First vote! The water I use comes from a swampy place and smells like shit. I think it works better than the clear water from the stream. My tap water did better than the distilled water.

lake is mostly what i use in substrate
distilled for spore syringes
tap for pasteurization

If you use stream or lake water you don't need to run it through a filter. All you need to do is pressure cook it once you mix it with your substrate. You can leave all the stuff in it unless it has some serious sediment.
