Poppy Babies :-)
Well this is an update on my babies. I have never seen Papaver somniferum, in person so I wanted to see if this was the real thing.

Any advice on identify if this is Papaver somniferum?

my poppies looked like long leaf green lettuce,
then a long stem popped through the center. It didnt branch like yours.

No it isnt, at least not opium poppies. Im sure of that. Why do you say that they are poppies? Have you grown them before? Opium never looks like that, it is all wrong.
