I was trying to describe to rocketman in chat how some of the pods have these like bumps around them, and some are smooth and do not. Here are some pictures of what I was talking about:












See how those all have like that ring of bumps around them? Does that indicate a certain variety? You can see in that one picture, no bumpy ring on that middle one. You'll see in the next post too, most of those pics won't have those bumpy rings. Just curious.

Those 'little bumps' are because these are Hens and Chicks!
