Poppy question

I found some poppy seeds at my local gardening centre and was wondering if someone can confirm if they are good for "decoration" ?

The name on the packet is "Poppy Cherry Glow (Papaver somniferum)"

I would say that they are good for "decoration"

Like a giant version of the traditional field poppy, this richly coloured annual is perfect for adding quick and easy colour to bedding and borders. In addition, the eye-catching scarlet petals fall away to reveal decorative seed heads, great for drying.

^^^ pulled that info from a e-seed site but its a papaver somniferum so it should do just fine in decoration
